How time flies! Excuse the cliché, but it is so apt to describe a milestone. Exactly 10 years ago, a fresh-faced Arjun Kapoor marked his entry into the Bollywood industry with the romantic drama, Ishaqzaade. A decade in the competitive film industry is no mean feat, and Arjun couldn’t let the milestone go by without a bit of celebration. Any happy occasion demands indulging in good food, and the actor, being a die-hard foodie, did just that. Arjun shared a video on Instagram Stories in which he is seen celebrating with pancakes.

Well, pancakes may not be everyone’s celebratory food, but it looks like Arjun Kapoor is a fan of the fluffy, flat cakes. In the video, we see a plate of five pancakes, most likely made of ragi flour or cocoa powder to achieve that brown colour. Those were drizzled with chocolate sauce and garnished with pumpkin seeds. The actor then poured a generous amount of honey on the pancakes. He wrote, “10 years wala treat. From me, to me”.

Arjun Kapoor’s food diaries always make us sit up and take notice. His food posts are so relatable. After all, who doesn’t have midnight hunger pangs? Many of us would just order in some pizza, but being someone who balances his gastronomic urges with fitness goals, Arjun digs into pesto chicken on gluten-free toast. We know that because he shared the photo with his Instafam on one occasion.

Not just healthy delights, Arjun Kapoor also gives us a glimpse into his comfort food platter. Giving credit to his chef Akshay Arora, the actor once shared a photo of steamed rice topped with a generous amount of yellow dal, which seemed to have been cooked with mild spices and garnished with coriander. Comfort food couldn’t get better than dal-chawal, right?

If we haven’t told you before, we want to state that we love Arjun Kapoor’s food posts. They are so real and relatable. We hope Arjun clocks many more milestones.
