Not only did he pose with his on-screen wife Sunayana Fozdar aka Anjali Mehta, Sachin also spoke about how he got welcomed in the Taarak Mehta family.
While speaking to a section of media, Sachin Shroff shared, “It was such a great feeling. I am new here and it actually feels like they are my family and the entire credit goes to them. I got to know they have tried to make me feel so comfortable on the first day itself.”
Sachin posed with Mandar Chandwadkar (Mr. Bhide), Shyam Pathak (Popatlal) and Amit Bhatt (Champak chacha ji). Sachin added, “They have already given me a list of food items they want as there are a few things which are available near my house.” Mandar adds, “Bas time to time maintenance dete rehna.”
Sachin laughs and says, “It’s like ragging…” Producer Asit Kumarr Modi, who was also present at the actor’s introduction, speaks from behind the cameras, “He is talking about society maintenance.”
Bapuji pats on Sachin’s back and says, “He is our new Mehtus. He is not only a good actor but also a good human. I have worked with him for a few days and I got to know him. We hope to continue for 10 years.” Sachin takes his blessings.
