General Electric Co. warned that supply-chain problems, labor shortages and inflation would weigh on its financial results in the first half of the year.
The disclosure Friday, in a newsletter for GE investors, sent shares of the industrial giant down about 5% in afternoon trading. GE shares are trading around $94, little changed from a year ago, after adjusting for a reverse stock split.
