Ever since the lockdown began, Alaya F has been delighting her fans by sharing videos of her attempting various fun tasks at home. From cooking to exercising, the actress has been doing it all.

The Jawaani Jaaneman actress took to Instagram recently to share a throwback video of her at the gym. The clip shows Alaya attempting cartwheels at the gym and nailing it perfectly. She ended the video by doing the Chakrasana or the wheel pose.

She captioned the clip, “How I’m going to be entering every set, meeting, reading and class after this lockdown ends (sic).”

And honestly, her caption wins the day.

In the throwback video, Alaya wore a black sports bra and black training shorts. She tied her hair in a neat ponytail for the routine.

This is not the first time that Alaya has posted a fun workout video on her social media account. Recently, the actress posted a clip of her attempting the 50 push-up challenge.

The clip shows Alaya attempting 50 push-ups. The actress also revealed that she used to be fit and could do 46 push-ups in one minute, but now she isn’t that fit anymore. However, the actress managed to complete the challenge by taking a few brakes in between.

Alaya F made her debut in the 2020 release Jawaani Jaaneman. The film also starred Saif Ali Khan and Tabu.
