How To Make Parippu Vada | Masala Vada Recipe

Parippu vada is perfect to satiate your cravings for crunchy and spicy. The best part is that you can make a big batch of it and store in an airtight jar. All you need to do is grind some soaked and drained dal and mix it with onion, chillies and spices including ginger, curry leaves and coriander leaves. You can add more spices and chillies including red chilli powder or any of your choice along with veggies such as drumstick that can add a unique flavour to the vadas. Mix the spiced and ground chana dal together, divide the mixture into round balls and deep fry. That’s it, your parippu vadas are ready to be noshed!
