We expect the temple and its Parkota to stand by the end of 2024, while the completion of the temple complex is expected by the end of 2025,” chairman of the Ram Temple Construction Committee, Nripendra Mishra, told TOI.
Mishra said the Ram Temple complex will also accommodate temples of Valmiki, Nishad, Shabari and the demi-God Jatayu who Ram met during his ‘Vanvaas’ (exile). The complex will also have a temple of Sita as Goddess of ‘shakti’.
The complex will also house within it a museum and a tourist facilitation centre. The construction committee said that as per plan, the design and drawing of the foundation of Parkota is also in the final stages of technical scrutiny and various options have been taken into consideration keeping in mind the security and convenience of pilgrims.
