Watch: Viral Video Shows How Shilajit Is Made In The Mountains
Shilajit is a natural substance formed over centuries in the mountains. It is rich in minerals and fulvic acid, which makes it highly valued in traditional medicine. Shilajit is believed to boost energy, improve cognitive function, and enhance the immune system. It may also support heart health, reduce inflammation, and act as an antioxidant. However, what may surprise many is that over 50 percent of the shilajit available in the market is fake. A recent Instagram video is shedding light on the formation of real shilajit, its origins, and the entire process behind how it is created. Internet users were quite amazed by the video and showed gratitude for sharing this useful information.

It all begins with the decomposition of herbal plants in the high-altitude mountains. The gatherers undertake daring climbs to collect these decomposed remnants. The rocks, clinging to the valuable decomposed material, are then removed from the mountainsides. Subsequently, these rocks undergo a thorough boiling process for an entire day. This intense heat causes the dirt to separate and rise to the water’s surface. A straining process helps remove all the impurities. Due to the heating process, shilajit naturally detaches from the rocks and mixes with the water. The workers then extract the rocks from the water. This water-infused shilajit undergoes another round of boiling for 7-8 hours, allowing all the water to evaporate. The final product, pure shilajit, is then ready to be packed. To prevent it from sticking to surfaces, it is thoughtfully packed after oiling the polythene. Take a look at the video below:
