Well-known fashion designer Masaba Gupta has always been vocal about her diet plan and fitness regimen. Recently, she hosted an Ask-Me-Anything session on Instagram wherein her 1.3 million strong following posed questions about fitness, food and health. The actor-designer opened up about suffering from PCOD and how she tweaks her diet in order to maintain a healthy body. Apart from cutting back on dairy, fried, and sugary foods, she also keeps a check on alcohol consumption as much as possible. Home-cooked food aka ‘ghar ka khana’ is the key element to fitness according to Masaba Gupta. She took to Instagram to share a yummy and hearty soup which she devoured recently. Take a look:

Masaba Gupta shared a click of her soup on Instagram. 

Sharing a click of the healthy green soup, Masaba Gupta wrote, “Today’s special – Asparagus & celery Soup.” She also used a heart-eyes emoji for the appetising dish. Asparagus is one of the healthiest ingredients for weight loss, as it is low in calories and fat and still enriched with essential nutrients such as Vitamin C and fibre. Celery too is known to have an excellent quantity of water and is low on the glycaemic index thus regulating blood sugar levels.

It seems like Masaba Gupta has a penchant for delicious soups.
