Job Scope:
The Supply Chain Finance Business Partner leads the Finance partnering agenda for the Supply Chain department, whether in terms of long-term business cases, benchmarking exercises or short-term financial evaluations and driving gap closure in initiatives.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
– Capex Financial Evaluations
– Sourcing Studies
– North Africa & Middle East Central Business Cases
– Benchmarking Exercises
– Driving Savings with Supply Chain partners, as well as forecast gap closures
– Monthly reporting to Supply Chain Leadership Team and Supply Chain Director
– Drive business waste initiatives/action plans with Supply Chain and other business stakeholders
– Lead Annual Factory operational plan with souring units controllers
– Lead cost deep dives with sourcing units controllers
– Monitor cash elements within Supply Chain Finance scope (Capex & Stocks)
Key Competencies & Skills:
– A minimum of 3 – 7 Years of experience
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting
– Experience in Manufacturing/FMCG industries
– Business partnering Skills from a Financial aspect
– Background and knowledge in Supply Chain is a plus
– Communication/Presentation Skills
– Strong Knowledge of P&L Structure, and different impact calculations
– Strong Knowledge of Financial Evaluation Build-ups
