How To Make Spicy Kolhapuri Mutton | Quick And Easy Recipe For Maas Kolhapuri By Kishore D Reddy:

Grind together red chillies, coconut, coriander seeds, poppy seeds, fennel seeds and pepper to form a masala paste. Set aside. Cook the mutton in a pressure cooker along with ginger garlic paste, salt and turmeric. It should take around 20 minutes. Heat oil in a saucepan and add whole spices such as cloves, bay leaf, cardamom, etc. Add the sliced onions and saute well. Next, add chopped green chillies, tomato puree and mix. Also, add spice powders like chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder and more whole spices. Add the masala paste prepared earlier and stir for some time. Add the cooked mutton and allow the dish to simmer for around 10 minutes. Garnish it with coriander leaves and enjoy hot.
