Job Description
- Assisting and coordinating with daily administrative tasks for a healthcare provider
- Create, update and maintain electronic records
- Deal with customer inquiries (via call & SMS)
- Provide reports on daily activities (via call & email)
Preferred Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication tools
- Organized and has attention to detail
- Experienced with MS Office and Google Documents
- Experience with invoicing systems and CRM tools is an added benefit.
