This dish is quite healthy. Oats are among the healthiest grains on Earth, being gluten-free and a great source of important vitamins, minerals, fibre and antioxidants. Studies show that oats and oatmeal have many health benefits, including for weight loss, lower blood sugar levels, and a reduced heart disease risk. Coconuts are rich in dietary fibre and antioxidants and they help in managing cholesterol levels. The addition of bananas only makes this dish healthier. Bananas are rich in soluble fibre which help in regulating blood sugar levels. Plus, they keep you fulfilled for a longer duration. Their high iron content is good for those suffering from anaemia.
