To start with, you’ll need minced chicken, chopped garlic, chopped onion, chopped green chillies, salt, white pepper powder, chilli flakes, oregano, grated cheese, egg and breadcrumbs.

In a mixing bowl, add the chicken, onion, garlic, green chillies, salt, pepper, oregano and chilli flakes. This shall make a meaty dough. To create the crispy covering of the balls, whisk an egg and spread breadcrumbs on a plate.

Time for the assembly: take a tiny scoop of the chicken mixture, create a hole in the centre and fill it with cheese. Cover the hole with more chicken and form a ball with your hands.
