The name suggests Commercial Contract Management comprises of 2 words – commercial and contract management. As already answered by many, contract management is pretty clear – its managing the contracts 2 parties have signed with each other. Managing of contract comprises everything starting from negotiations, drafting contracts, contract reviews, further negotiations, agreement, signing and storage, subsequent changes in the contract as per business requirements, agreeing addendum to contracts, again signing and storing.
