People have been spending their time doing activities such as exercising at home during the coronavirus lockdown. Celebrities like Milind Soman, Mandira Bedi, Shilpa Shetty have been doing the same. Esha Gupta is also one of them.

The actress has been sharing pictures of her nailing difficult yoga poses at her home with her fans. And the latest picture that she shared has managed to leave us stunned yet again.

Esha posted the image with a quote by yoga teacher BKS Iyengar, “Yoga does not transform the way we see things, it transforms the person who sees (sic).”

In the image, Esha can be seen doing the Uttanasana or Standing Forward Bend. Esha can be seen bending forward completely and wrapping her hands behind her legs. For the yoga session, Esha opted for a black sports bra and grey mini shorts.
