Nuts, seeds and dry fruits can help restore your energy on days of fasting. These foods contain calories and are high in protein and fatty acids. To sum it up, these foods boost the energy levels in your body.

3) Bananas

Eating food that is rich in potassium is a great way to prevent fatigue and exhaustion. Bananas are a great source of potassium. They are also rich in vitamin B6. As a result, consuming bananas helps to restore energy during Navratri.

4) Sabudana
