Juicy chicken pieces marinated in a blend of flavourful masalas and cooked until tender and soft – this Hyderabadi chicken fry is extremely juicy and flavourful. It requires only a handful of ingredients and can be prepared in just under 30 minutes. It is the perfect appetiser to serve at an impromptu dinner party. Hyderabadi Chicken Fry Recipe: How To Make Hyderabadi Chicken Fry 

First, in a bowl, add chicken and all the dry masalas. Add curd, crushed fried onions and chopped leaves. Mix everything well and let it marinate for an hour. In a kadhai, heat some oil and add cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and star anise. Add the chicken along with the marinated masala and cook until soft and tender. Garnish with some freshly chopped coriander leaves and curry leaves before serving hot.
