Online ordering has become more than just a pastime. From groceries to essentials, electronics to restaurant food – everything can be ordered online with just a few clicks. However, the ease of ordering online is accompanied by multiple things that could go wrong as well. Customers often complain of E-commerce websites duping them. Several people have said that their expensive electronic items ordered online would be replaced with a brick or a block of cardboard. A customer recently shared how he got a packet of Parle-G biscuit instead of his actual online order. Take a look:

The man’s optimism was clear as could be seen in his Facebook post. “When you get Parle-G biscuit instead of what you ordered from Amazon India….hahahahaha. Ab Chai banana padega,” wrote Vikram Buragohain on his handle. In the comments section, many asked him about the original item that he had ordered, which he revealed was a remote-controlled car. However, when he received Parle-G from Amazon, he wasn’t complaining and rather chose to make chai to pair with it instead.

Several users poured in their thoughts in the comments section. “Evening snacks mil gaya,” said one user while another wrote, “At least it’s not a brick.” A few other users wanted to know if he had complained about the issue, to which he responded saying that the refund was in process.

Parle-G is one of the most popular glucose biscuits in the country. Its low cost and simple, classic taste is a hit with all age groups and best enjoyed with a hot cup of tea. In 2020, the company had posted record-shattering sales numbers even during the first few months of the lockdown period.
