Position Summary

The Source to Pay lead will be responsible of leading the end to end Flow, including services to procurement and accounts payables according to Nestle & markets policies and procedures. S/He will also ensure that the quality of the services provided is in accordance with the service level Agreements signed with the markets.

A day in the life of

– Execute the roadmap to implement Source to Pay plans and objectives

– Deliver the services to the markets related to procurement activities and accounts payables

– Drive and deliver a holistic service model and effective partnership with Markets

– Identifies and leads the resolution of the issues in Source to Pay that affects the performance of services in a collaboration with the Markets, Suppliers and the support units of Nestle Business Services Cairo.

– Adheres to the fulfillment of the signed service level agreements (SLA’s) and ensures the delivery of strong operational KPIs.

– Improves the cost per transaction on a sustainable and continuous basis, improve productivity (through automation, LEAN thinking and methods, simplification, standardization)

What will make you successful

– Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a similar field

– Minimum 5~7 years of relevant experience in Finance (Accounts Payables) or Procurement

– Has a previous leadership role in Procurement and Finance with strong functional credibility

– SAP background is preferred

– Strong relationship management skills and ability to lead, manage cross-functional teams.

– Strategic Vision on Customer Service Orientation

– Excellent Communication skills

– Strong Analytical Skills

– Ability to work in a challenging environment

– Bachelor’s Degree Holder Business
