Recently, a Twitter user shared her thoughts about desi Pasta on the platform and it went viral.

The post about desi pasta was shared by Twitter user @devaliaas. “Italians would go into cardiac arrest if they ever found out what south Asians put in their pasta,” she wrote. “Like it’s always a pasta curry by the end, and it’s honestly so delicious lol,” she added.
The post was shared a few days ago and it has already received over 53k likes and 5k retweets. In the thread that followed, many people poured in their responses about what they would add to their pasta recipe. Some mentioned spices such as garam masala, turmeric and more. Ketchup, maggi masala and Schezwan sauce were some of the other popular choices of pasta ingredients. A few others suggested other options such as mustard seeds and even red chillies!
“I just add any masala I find in my kitchen, last time my friend even made me add PANEER,” wrote one Twitter user. “Who’s gonna tell them about the South Asian pizzas? Tandoori chicken tikka pizza with seekh kebab stuffed into the crust,” laughed another one.
