“X-it Of The Bird?”: Amul Shares Quirky Post On Twitters Logo Rebranding

Dairy brand Amul never fails to catch up with the trend! Be it ‘RRR’ bagging an Oscar or films like ‘Oppenheimer’ and ‘Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning’making it big at the box office, Amul always shares their quirky takes on the topics through social media platforms. In fact, if you notice closely, you will find the Amul mascot voicing her thoughts on almost everything going around the world. Therefore, it comes as no surprise when the rebranding of Twitter’s logo piqued the brand’s interest. In the latest post, Amul shared a topical showcasing their take on the new Twitter logo.
In the picture, you can see the popular Amul girl with a phone in one hand and a bread-butter toast on the other, with ‘X’ printed on it. Alongside, you will also find Twitter’s new logo, with the blue bird escaping a cage. 
Putting the quirky creativity on display, the the topical is titled, “X-it of the bird?” The below text on the poster reads, “Amul…Logo ko bhaata hai.” 
“Amul Tropical: Twitter has a new logo,” reads the caption of the post.

Instagram users seemed quite impressed with this fun post. One of the users wrote, “Respect for the creative team.” Another user said, “Power of brainstorming.” Some even mentioned that they prefer the bird over X. “I think the bird was cute,” read a comment. A person commented, “End of our dear (bird emoji and blue heart emoji) era. We all miss you.”
Earlier, Amul India celebrated the release of filmmaker Christopher Nolan’s ‘Oppenheimer’. To acknowledge the impact created by the movie, the dairy brand shared a post featuring a cartoon representation of the ‘Oppenheimer’ poster. It showcased the protagonist holding a slab of Amul butter in hand. The text on the poster read, “Oppen Yummier Butter!”
