AUS vs IND: Sanjana Ganesan praises Jasprit Bumrah's 'booty'ful spell in Perth
India’s stand-in captain Jasprit Bumrah was at his absolute best on Day 1 of the 1st Test against Australia at the Optus Stadium in Perth. The fans and experts alike were in awe of Bumrah’s sheer brilliance with the ball which kept the Australian batters dancing on his tunes. However, not just the fans but Bumrah’s wife and broadcaster Sanjana Ganesan also could not help but praise Bumrah’s contribution on Day 1 of the 1st Test. Sanjana opted for a rather unqiue way to laud Bumrah’s spell, who managed to turn the tide in India’s favour.
Sanjana took to her Instagram story to hail her husband’s spell. However, she had a cheeky way to do so as she captioned the post, “Great bowler, even greater booty.” Bumrah led India’s charge from the front as he ended Day 1 with four wickets to his name. India were bundled out for a paltry total of 150 runs after opting to bat first.
