There could be nothing better than wildlife videos to begin your day with. And especially, if the clips feature baby elephants – that, in itself, is enough to impress the internet. Indian Forest Service Officer Parveen Kaswan tweeted a 44-second video of an elephant family and the calves, and the internet cannot get enough of it.

The baby elephants along with their family enjoyed by a river at the Parambikulam Tiger Reserve in Kerala. The calves bathed in the river while their parents kept a watchful eye.

“Meanwhile this is how an #elephant family enjoying lockdown period at Parambikulam Tiger Reserve. Just look at kids,” Parveen Kaswan said in the caption of his post.

In a separate tweet, Kaswan also wrote about the Parambikulam Tiger Reserve. “This tiger reserve is in the Sungam range of hills between the Anaimalai Hills and Nelliampathy Hills. In Palakkad district of Kerala. Home to much bio-diversity and indigenous people. Beauty and serenity can be seen in this video,” Kaswan tweeted.

The video of the elephant family, meanwhile, has garnered over 17,000 views and around 1500 likes.

“Absolute joy. Thank you for sharing,” a user said in the comments section while several others found the video “comforting”.
