When it comes to luxury dining, there are a few spots in the city that immediately jump to mind. HOME Delhi has carved a niche for itself as a live entertainment club that is serving excellent food and stellar drinks in a comforting space. Delhiites, rejoice as HOME Delhi has come up with a brand new seasonal menu much to its patrons’ delight. Inspired by Indo-European aromas as well as Japanese flavours, this menu brings fresh produce to the forefront.

Executive chef Yutaka Saito is the creative mastermind behind the stellar new menu at HOME Delhi. He has collaborated with trusted supplies locally and abroad to ensure that the finest ingredients make their way into brand new dishes. HOME has sourced ingredients from sustainable farm vendors and has attempted to ensure a zero-waste cooking process. We tried their amazing dishes like Butternut Squash Kebab, Aburi Mushroom Sushi and Smoked Oyster Mushroom in the first course. The Chana Masala Terrine was impeccable, with the creamy deliciousness of chana masala presented in an all-new avatar – definitely at the top of our list.

The Layered Tofu with burnt pepper, chestnut and tobanjan followed closely behind. Meanwhile, the Yuzu Lime Gelato was quite interestingly done with the piquant flavours of green chilli and coriander in it. Lastly, the Belgian Chocolate Mousse with Raspberry Confit brought a sweet end to our meal.

So, next time you are planning an evening out – head to HOME, Delhi for an unforgettable experience.
