Andhra dosa, also known as karam dosa, is a popular street food from Andhra Pradesh. Thin and crispy dosas are smeared with special red chilli chutney and sprinkled with garlic-gram flour. This masala dosa has a pungent and aromatic flavour thanks to the use of onion and garlic. This dosa is perfect for spice lovers.

How To Make Andhra Dosa | Karam Dosa Recipe:

You will need dosa batter, red chilli chutney and garlic-gram flour. If you want to make dosa batter from scratch, then here is the recipe. You can also use store-bought dosa batter.

For the red chutney, start by roasting dried red chillies in a pan. Add the roasted chillies, onion, garlic and tamarind in a mixer. Grind it into a smooth paste. Prepare a tadka of oil and mustard seeds, pour the pasta in and the chutney are ready.

Grind garlic and chickpeas to get the ginger-garlic powder. When you are cooking the dosa on the pan, spread the chutney on the dosa and flip it so that the chutney side cooks. Sprinkle the garlic-gram flour on the dosa when it’s ready
