A heartwarming video of a large group of orphaned elephants following a man who raised them has gone viral on the internet.
Snip from video shared by IFS officer Susanta Nanda.
Internet is filled with innumerable videos of the wild that leave us feeling happy. However, sometimes these videos also show the destruction caused by humans. One such video was recently shared by Indian Forest Service (IFS) officer Susanta Nanda on Twitter today.
Nanda took to the micro blogging site to share a clip from the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust and it will be one of the most heart-wrenching and, at the same time, beautiful thing you will see today. The IFS officer shared a footage which showed a large group of elephants following a man who raised them. According to him, all the elephants in the clip were orphans.
Nanda shared the video with the caption, “This is an orphanage, due to human carnage. Every elephant you see in this video is an orphan who lost their moms when they were just little babies and Benjamin of Sheldrick Trust at Kenya has helped to raise them by hand…Following him like child (sic).”

Great job done by them. Elephants grieve just like humans when they loose family I’ve heard.
