To keep her fans and followers on Instagram updated, Malaika recently shared a glimpse of her everyday morning ritual. All we can say is, it is a trayful of health, nutrition and goodness! In the picture, we could see a cup of jeera, ajwain and saunf water, a glass of lemon, ginger, honey and cayenne pepper shot and a cup of hot water, with a wedge of lemon on the sides. All these crockeries were placed on a copper tray, along with a steel straw and spoon. She captioned the picture, “Daily rituals.”

While her morning ritual featured all things healthy and good, the night before was about guilt-ridden food. Malaika gave us a sneak peek into her dinner (from last time) and it was greasy, cheesy and decadent. Going by the pictures, it seems she cooked a flavourful portion of tomato-basil spaghetti for herself, with cheese shavings on the top. “Pasta time” and “Spagssssdd”, she captioned the pictures, with a heart emoji on each.
