Eggs are one of the few foods that we eat almost every day. It could be for breakfast, or as a topping on salads or for baking, this versatile food is so useful and so easy to cook as well. The only hitch is the preparation part. Not everyone can break eggs without spilling them. And even a pro cook can go wrong while separating egg yolks and egg whites. We have tried and tested several hacks and tricks to do this job perfectly, but there comes a day when we fail terribly. You can relate to it, right? That’s why this latest viral video will be a sight for your sore eyes.

The video that has surfaced on Twitter shows how a machine in a factory seamlessly does the job perfectly. The video shows the machine first breaking the delicate shell of the eggs moving on a revolving plate. The eggs fall down on a plate with their yolks intact. Then egg insides move down a slope with a thin gap at the bottom. While the eggs slide down, the whites are collected in a container dripping down through the gaps and yolks are collected separately in a larger container. And yes, none of the yolks break!
