Esha Gupta does a difficult yoga asana in new workout post, inspires us to stay fit

Yoga has been a go-to hack for all the celebrities to stay fit and healthy during this lockdown. Apart from introducing new and innovative exercises into their lives, celebs have been urging fans to do the same.

Esha Gupta is one of those stars who has been constantly updating her fans on social media about her exercise routine and the yoga asanas that she practices on a regular basis. Recently, she took to the gram to post a picture of her nailing a difficult yoga asana – Parivrtta Surya Yantrasana.

She captioned the post, “If I love myself despite my infinite flaws, how can I hate anyone at the glimpse of few faults – Swami Vivekananda Ji #yoga (sic).”

In the click, Esha can be seen sitting on a yoga mat on the floor with right leg stretched out over her shoulder, which she held on to with her left hand. For the yoga session, Esha opted for a white and blue sports bra and high-waist black yoga pants. She tied her tresses in a messy bun and sported a minimal make-up look.

On the work front, Esha Gupta was last seen on the big screen in the film One Day: Justice Delivered. The film also starred Anupam Kher. She was also seen in the web series RejectX 2 recently.
