2. Box It Up

For a more effective technique, follow these steps: clean the freshly purchased coriander, chop off the roots, and dry the leaves with a cloth. After they’re dry, place them in a clean plastic container, cover them with a layer of paper towels, and secure the lid. This method keeps the coriander fresh for up to two weeks.
