Sit and straighten your legs outstretched in front of your body. Bend backward, and press your forearms on the mat as you rest the crown of your head on the floor. Arch your back and place both of your palms on the tops of your thighs or rest them on the floor. Expand your chest toward the ceiling. In this posture hold for 10 breaths to count.
