Soak the chicken in buttermilk. Remove the chicken and marinate it in ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, cornflour and red chilli powder. The next step is to cook the chicken, you can deep fry it, pan fry or bake it.

Saute oil in curry leaves, garlic and green chillies. Fry till the curry leaves are crispy. Next add mint leaves, red chilli powder and garam masala. Saute and then pour yoghurt. Once the moisture evaporates, add soya sauce. Add the fried chicken to the gravy. The dish is ready!
