Terrorists in J&K attack migrants again, injure two in Pulwama | India News – Times of India

SRINAGAR: Two migrant labourers were shot at and injured by terrorists in Kharbhatpora locality of Ratnipora in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Saturday evening.
An official said that the labourers have been identified as Shamshad Ahmad and Faizan Qadri, both residents of Bihar. Soon after the firing, both were shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment, where their condition is said to be stable, he said.
Meanwhile, Kashmir ADGP Vijay Kumar confirmed the attack and said the area has been cordoned off to nab the attackers.
Earlier in July, a migrant labourer from Bihar was shot dead in Kashmir’s Bandipore.
In June, terrorists shot dead one migrant worker and injured another in Budgam. They also gunned down a bank manager, a native of Rajasthan, on the premises of Elaquai Dehati Bank in Kulgam district. The murder of the bank manager was the eighth targeted killing in the Valley in June itself.
